When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Forge Digital and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are governed by the respective store's terms. For any payment queries, please contact the relevant app store or email us.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While FORGE Command is designed to assist with construction site management, it does not replace professional health and safety advice. You remain responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
